The information provided in this section will give an overview of the Kelly SIMONZ Official Fan Club app.
The application is available in both the Apple App Store , and the Google Play Store .
■ The minimum iOS version required is 14.0.
■ The minimum Android version required is Android 11.
To access the application content, you will need to create an account.
You can create an account by using one of the following methods:
1. Tap on the Register link at the bottom of the login page.
2. On the account creation page, provide your email address.
3. Input your password and then input the exact same password in the confirmation text field below.
4. Tap on the [Register] button at the bottom of the page.
a. If you receive an error during account creation, check that the email address provided is valid and correct, and that you have the same password in the password and the password confirmation field.
b. If the values above are correct, we recommend checking to make sure that you don’t already have an account.
c. If you aren’t sure whether or not you have an account, or what your password is, please follow the steps outlined in the Password Change section.
⚠️ Important: If you register using your email address (not via Google or Apple sign-in), an email verification link will be sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation email is to ensure that no mistake was made in the email address provided. You must tap the link to fully unblock all the functionalities provided within the Kelly SIMONZ Official Fan Club application. |
To use this sign in method, you must have a registered Gmail account.
1. Tap on the [Sign in with Google] button on the login page.
2. Input your Gmail address and password on the Google authentication screen.
3. On the Google permission screen, tap on the [Allow] button.
To use this sign-in method, you must have a registered Apple ID.
1. Tap on the [Sign in with Apple] button on the login page.
2. If required, provide your Apple ID and password to the Apple authentication screen.

After creating an account you will be redirected to the privacy policy page. Please proceed with the following:
1. Our application does not allow users under 16 years old to access the content. To confirm that you are over 16 years of age, check the applicable checkbox.
2. Tap on the icon to access our privacy policy. Please read carefully the content before closing the page. If you agree with our privacy policy, check the related checkbox.
Please note that the checkbox will not be clickable until you open the privacy policy link.
3. Tap on the icon to access our Terms and Conditions. Please read the content carefully before closing the page. If you agree with our terms and conditions, check the related checkbox.
Please note that the checkbox will not be clickable until you open the Terms and Conditions link.
4. If you would like to subscribe to emails (newsletters, announcements and email notifications), you can do so by tapping on the related checkbox.
Note that you can change your email notification settings from your user profile at any time.
5. Tap the [Approve] button to proceed. If you would prefer to not continue the registration process instead, tap the [Deny and exit] button.
If we publish a new version of our Privacy Policy or of our Terms and Conditions, you will be presented with a similar screen informing you of the changes.
Please review the changes carefully before confirming that you agree with the updated version of the documents.
Fans can log in via Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, or email address.
To log in using a personal email, the email must have been registered with the Kelly SIMONZ Official Fan Club application first.
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the “Sign in with Google” button.
3. Proceed with the Google sign in flow.

3. Proceed with the Apple sign in flow.
1. Enter your email address and password from the main login screen.
2. Tap the Log in button.
⚠️ Important: If you are having trouble logging in with your email address and are using a Google or Apple account, you might have used the Sign in with Google or Apple features with that email address at some point. Try signing in via Google or Apple sign-in, or reset your password. |
Fans can subscribe to the Kelly SIMONZ Official Fan Club premium membership to unlock exclusive contents and features.
To subscribe to this monthly membership:
1. Tap the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap on Subscriptions Settings.
3. Tap on Get premium.
4. Follow the steps in the app store to pay for the subscription.
Managing a purchased subscription (e.g. cancelling or pausing it) can only be done from the app store in which you purchased it.
To open the store from the app:
1. Tap the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap on Subscription settings
3. Tap on Manage this subscription
The steps to manage a subscription within a store can be found in the online documentations for Google Play and App Store
⚠️ Important: The premium membership associated with your account can be used on any devices you are login your account into. However, the Manage this subscription button will only be available if the device has access to the app store used to purchase the subscription (PlayStore for Android devices and App Store for IOS). If the app store is not available on the device, a warning message will inform you. |
To log out of the application:
1. Tap the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap the Logout icon.
If you created your account with the email address and password sign in method, you can change your password directly from the app.
1. Open the navigation menu by tapping on the hamburger icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap on Profile.
3. Input your new password and the same password in the confirmation field.
4. Tap on Change the password.
⚠️ Important: For security purposes, only users that have recently logged in can change their password. If you have been logged for more than 5 minutes, a message will ask you to log out and log in again before being able to change your password. This is to ensure that the user initiating the change of password is the user who logged in. |
1. From the sign-in page, tap on the forgot password? link.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Tap on Submit.
A link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox.
The app is currently available in Japanese, English, and French. To change the language:
1. Tap the icon at the top of the screen.
2. Choose your desired language.
Notifications may be sent when Kelly:
■ Starts a live stream
■ Makes a new post
■ Creates a new event
■ Sends out a direct announcement
To view the past notifications tap the icon to view new and old notifications.
Tapping on a live stream notification will send you to the Live Streams page automatically. Tapping on any other notifications on this page will show you the message sent.
In-app notifications expire three days after you receive them, and at that point are automatically deleted.
If you have allowed notifications via your device’s notification settings, you’ll also get these notifications as push notifications directly on your phone.
The landing page gives a glimpse of all the content you can see in the app. This page always shows the newest and most relevant content from the News, Live Streams and Events.
You can tap on different items to view their details, or you can navigate directly to the relevant section of the app by tapping See More.
From the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap on the icon.
From this page, you can view publicly available live streams from Kelly SIMONZ’s YouTube channel.
Here, non premium members will be able to watch ‘Greetings from Kelly’ which are completely free to access.
Premium members will get access to exclusive content only available to Premium members of the Kelly SIMONZ Official Fan Club.
Stay up to date with posts from Kelly by checking out the newsfeed.
The newsfeed contains:
1. Posts directly from Kelly’s official Facebook page.
2. Exclusive posts from Kelly himself which will only be accessible from the Kelly SIMONZ Official Fan Club app.
To access the newsfeed, tap on the icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen (the News tab will open automatically).
⚠️ Note: A slow internet connection may block Facebook posts from being shown. If the posts fail to be displayed, please wait until your internet connection improves before reopening the application. |
If you think that a post is harmful, misleading or inappropriate, you can report it.
1. Open the post you want to submit the report for and tap on the flag icon at the top right of the post.
2. Write the reason for which you would like to report this post. Please provide as many details as possible.
3. Tap on submit to send the report.
⚠️ Important: It is not possible to modify or cancel a report once submitted. In case of questions, or remarks, we recommend instead using the link to contact our support present in the About section of the app. The report and the content you reported will be analyzed before a decision is made. You will not be contacted during this process, unless it is necessary to reach a decision, nor informed of the decision made. |
The Events tab is where you can see Kelly’s events and all of their details in one place.
To see a list of events:
1. From the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap on the icon.
2. From there, tap on the Events tab.
The Events tab shows the list of all events in the current year by default. You can also filter for events that occurred in previous or future years and/or months.
To filter for events by month and/or year:
1. Tap on the dropdown menu and choose a year.
2. Tap on a month to view the events from that month.
To view all events from the current year:
1. Tap on See all events.
⚠️ Note: You can only view events that are two years in the past or two years in the future from today's date. |
To view an Event’s details, tap that Event.
Here you can see the date, time, description, location, and access ticket information related to that event.
When you tap on an Event’s location map, the app will allow you to view the location in Google Maps. iOS users will also have the possibility to open the map in Apple Maps.
If Kelly has added ticket information, or another external link, you can access those details by tapping on the See Ticket Info button.
The Gallery tab contains three different sections, Photos, Wallpapers, and Videos.
The Photos and Videos sections are collections of images and videos (respectively) attached to News posts and Events. You won’t be able to download media from the Photos and Videos sections, but you can view them as much as you’d like from within the app.
To view a photo or wallpaper in more detail, tap on the wallpaper of your choosing.
■ Double tap, or pinch to zoom in and out.
■ Swipe left and right to view the other images in that section of the Gallery.
To start watching a video:
1. Tap on the icon in the bottom navigation bar then on the Gallery tab.
2. Tap on Videos to go to the videos section of the gallery.
3. Tap on the video you would like to watch.
4. Tap the full screen icon to view the video in full screen mode.
a. To exit full screen mode, tap the icon, or swipe up or down on the player.
5. Tap the button in the upper-left hand corner of the screen to close the video.
The Wallpapers section contains special, high-quality images that Kelly uploads. You can download these images to your phone by tapping on the icon.
1. Tap on the Gallery tab under the explore icon .
2. Tap on the Wallpapers tab to open this section of the gallery.
3. Tap on the image that you would like to download.
4. Tap the icon to begin the download.
The profile is where you can get to know Kelly SIMONZ and read about what he is up to in a longer-form style page. Kelly may make changes to this page from time to time, so don’t forget to check back in if it’s been a while!
To access the Profile tap on the icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
From this page, you can also quickly access all of Kelly’s social media platforms by tapping on the icon, and then tapping on the social media of your choice.
To access the Kelly SIMONZ store, click on the shopping bag icon at the bottom right-hand corner found anywhere throughout the app.
Here you can navigate and browse for different Kelly SIMONZ merchandise and clothing.
To purchase an item, click on the [View this product on SUZURI] button, at the bottom of the store page, to be directed to Kelly SIMONZ’s official store.
The navigation menu contains three options.
1. Profile: Manage your account settings
2. Subscription Settings: Allows you to subscribe as a Premium Member of the Kelly SIMONZ Official Fan Club. Also, subscription status and details can be monitored and managed.
3. About: Contains application information, our Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions and our support email.
4. Logout: Logs the user out of their account and sends them back to the login page.
In the Profile / Account Details page you can:
■ View your account information
■ Delete your account
■ Enable or disable email notifications from the app
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletters, event information, and various messages sent to you via email.
To subscribe to or unsubscribe from email notifications in the app:
1. Open the navigation menu by tapping on the hamburger icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap on Profile.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and toggle the Emails notifications switch on or off depending on your preference.
To unsubscribe from email notifications from an email:
1. You can unsubscribe from emails by tapping or clicking on the unsubscribe link present in any newsletter sent by our service.
Troubleshooting missing email notifications
If you have subscribed to email notifications but did not receive any communication, please check your spam or junk mail box. To receive future notifications, we recommend marking the emails as “not Spam”, which should allow you to receive future notifications as intended.
If you created your account via the Email/Password method, you will need to confirm your address before you can receive email notifications, regardless of whether or not your subscription settings are on.
■ If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can resend the email by tapping on the [Resend] button from the Profile / Account Details section of the app.
■ If you see the message “To have access to the full extent of the app’s features please confirm your email address” in the Email verification section of your Profile / Account Details, but you have already confirmed your email address by tapping or clicking on the link in the confirmation email, you can remove it by tapping [Reload] to refresh the page.
You can decide to delete your account at any time.
To delete your account:
1. Open the navigation menu by tapping on the hamburger icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap on Profile.
3. Tap on Delete Account.
4. Confirm that you would like to delete your account by checking the checkbox.
5. Tap on Delete Account.
⚠️ Important: in order to access the red button used to delete your account, you may need to sign out, quit the app, and then sign back in. This will be indicated in red text in the Account Information section of the Account Details / Profile page. |
You can access the current Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Licenses in the About section of the app.

To open the About page:
1. Open the navigation menu by tapping on the hamburger icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap on About:
a. Tap on the Privacy Policy link to read the current version of this document.
b. Tap on the Terms and Conditions link to read the current version of this document.
c. Tap on the Show License link to consult the licenses of the packages used by the application.
d. Tap on the Contact Us link to send an email to support.
In order to continually improve user experience, we will regularly publish new updates for the application. We always prioritize security and continually offer new functionalities.
When a new update is available, a pop up window will appear in the app prompting you to download the latest version. Most of the time, you will also have the possibility to postpone the update.
However, some updates will include security improvements and will be mandatory to perform before continuing to use our application. Thank you for your understanding.
